    Who is this for? This medication is for those with uncontrolled hyperhidrosis that affects quality of life - especially for severe hyperhidrosis that interferes with daily activities.

    How do I use it? Take one pill every 8 hours once to twice daily as needed, or before special events.

    Side effects? Some may experience increased heart rate, dry mouth, headache, dry skin, or dry eyes. Rare side effects include blurred vision, palpitations, constipation, urinary retention, photophobia, tachycardia, arrhythmias, and hyperthermia. If you experience any worrisome side effects stop the medication and seek medical attention.

    Glycopyrrolate pills SHOULD NOT be taken if you will be in a hot environment, exercising, or performing strenuous activity as this can lead to hyperthermia.

    Which treatments are right for me? 

    Aluminum Chloride 20% is recommended for all patients experiencing excessive sweating. Glycopyrrolate 1mg Pill is for patients with severe sweating that is affecting daily life, and is uncontrolled by topical anti-perspirants. For example, severe sweating of the armpits that is uncontrolled by topical medication, or severe sweating of the hands and feet that interferes with daily activities.
