    Dark Spot Cream

Hydroquinone 6% is a skin lightening agent that decreases pigment production.

Tretinoin 0.025% is a retinoid that speeds up the rate of lightening, and improves irregular pigmentation.

Hydrocortisone 1% is a topical steroid that decreases both inflammation and pigment production. Together this combination is more effective than hydroquinone alone. Our compound is formulated for maximal efficacy with the least irritation possible!

How do I use it? Using a pea sized amount, apply a thin of layer of cream once nightly to the affected areas of your face. After two months of application, take a one month break from usage and during this time begin the Brightening Cream. This cream requires breaks from usage every 2 months to prevent brown-black discoloration called ochronosis.

Can I use other facial products too? We do not recommend using any prescription facial products, or irritating facial products such as acids, retinols, retinoids, or benzoyl peroxide while using this medication as this can increase irritation, and cause unwanted side effects.

Side effects? Although relatively safe side effects can include mild skin irritation, dermatitis, dryness, erythema, and inflammatory reactions. If hydroquinone is used consecutively for an excessive amount of time it can cause ochronosis (brown-black pigmentation). To prevent this, usage is limited to once daily, and a one month break is recommended after two months of usage.

    Brightening Cream

Azelaic Acid 20% is a skin lightening agent that decreases pigment production.

Niacinamide 4% is a B vitamin that decreases the transfer of pigment from melanocytes to skin cells.

*Why Do I Need This? You should not use any creams containing hydroquinone without breaks (Dark Spot Cream), or this could lead to permanent discoloration called ochronnosis. For this reason, we provide the Brightening Cream during your 1 month break in order to maintain the gains you see during usage of the Dark Spot Cream!

How do I use it? Take 1/2 tablet by mouth daily.

Side effects: Tranexamic acid is generally well tolerated. Common side effects may include headache, stomach upset, sinus or nasal symptoms, muscle or joint aches, and skin rash. Rare but serious risks include blood clots in the legs, lungs, or other areas. In very rare cases, these clots may be life-threatening. The risk is higher in people with a history of clotting disorders, previous blood clots, or those taking certain hormonal therapies or birth control. Do not use tranexamic acid if you have a clotting disorder or a history of blood clots. Seek medical attention right away if you experience leg pain or swelling, chest pain, shortness of breath, coughing up blood, sudden numbness, weakness, or vision changes.
